Born in Winnipeg Canada from a Belgian mother and an American Father, Dom grew up in France from the age of 6 years old.
Inspired by his multi cultural upbringing, Dom found a passion in languages  and all forms of communication.
As a singer Dom Durner had a very large international scene of music to look into, and found influences from the likes of Robert Plant, Jeff Buckley, Ray Charles, James Brown, Joe Cocker, Paolo Conte, Jacques Brel, Serge Gainsbourg and many more.
Since he moved to the UK in 2006, Dom has fronted 3 original bands and 3 Cover bands, making him far from a stranger to the stage.
